The agreement between you and Repetitio.

01 Accepting these terms

By creating an account, subscribing, or installing and using Repetitio, you're agreeing to these terms. If you're setting up courses on behalf of someone else — a patient, a family member, a team you manage — you're also confirming you have their permission to do so.

You need to be old enough to enter into a binding agreement where you live, or have a parent or guardian's consent. Repetitio isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone using it that way.

02 The service, in short

Repetitio helps you build a course out of repeatable steps — therapy exercises, chores, maintenance routines — and run through it, tracking what you complete. Using the app this way, entirely on your own device, never requires an account.

An account is only needed for four things: signing in with Google or an email and password, subscribing, sending or receiving a shared course, and backing your data up to the cloud. Everything else keeps working exactly as it always has, offline.

03 Accounts

You can sign in with your Google account or with an email address and password. Either way, you're responsible for keeping your credentials to yourself and for what happens under your account — tell us if you think someone else has access to it.

• One account per person. Give us a real name and an email you actually check — that's how verification and password reset emails reach you.
• Deleting your account is available any time from Settings. It anonymizes your account record and revokes access immediately. It does not touch the courses and history already stored locally on your device — those are yours regardless of what happens to your account.

04 Subscriptions & billing

A monthly subscription unlocks two things: sending and receiving shared courses, and backing your data up to the cloud. It's billed through Google Play Billing, shown and charged in the price and currency Google Play displays at checkout, and renews automatically each month until you cancel.

Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy and whatever consumer protection law applies where you live; we don't separately process refunds through the app. If your subscription lapses, your locally stored courses and history are untouched — you only lose the ability to send or receive new shares and to back up until you resubscribe.

05 Sharing courses

A subscriber can share a course as a QR code or a link. Scanning or opening it shows the recipient who's sharing and what's in the course before anything is added to their device — accepting requires being signed in, but not a subscription of their own.

• You're responsible for what you share. If you attach a photo, video, or document to a step, you're confirming you have the right to share it.
• Onward sharing is restricted by default. A course you receive can only be re-shared if the person who originally sent it marked it public when they shared it. Otherwise, it's yours to use, not to redistribute.
• Progress reports are opt-in. If the sender requests them and you accept the course, your session completions and scores for that course sync to them automatically after each session. You can turn this off at any time from that course's settings without losing the course itself.
• Either side can stop it. The sender can deactivate a share link so it stops accepting new recipients — it won't recall copies already accepted. You can delete a received course from your device like any other course, at any time.

06 Not medical advice

07 Your content

You own the courses, steps, notes, and media you create. Sharing a course grants the recipient a license to use that copy for their own personal, non-commercial purposes, and gives Repetitio only the limited right to store and transmit it as needed to make sharing and backup work — we don't use your content for anything else.

08 Acceptable use

Don't use Repetitio to:

• Share content you don't have the rights to, or that's illegal, harassing, or malicious.
• Try to bypass subscription checks or access sharing/backup features without an active subscription.
• Scrape, enumerate, or mass-collect shared courses or other users' data.
• Reverse-engineer the app or its API beyond what the law in your country allows.

We can suspend or terminate an account that does any of the above.

09 Intellectual property

The Repetitio name, its design, and the app and API themselves belong to their makers. These terms let you use the service as intended — they don't hand you any rights to the software, branding, or design beyond that.

10 Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Repetitio is provided as-is, without a warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under the consumer protection law of Latvia or the EU.

11 Changes

We may update the app, add or retire features, or revise these terms as the product evolves. When we do, the date at the top of this page changes, and we'll flag anything material inside the app itself.

12 Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your own country as an EU resident.
